A Huge Thank You!

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Cameron
and the team at The Piggery Farm Shop, Bishops Cannings,
for kindly allowing us to use one of their fields for parking during CrownFest 2026.

The field is conveniently located adjacent to the festival site and will provide free parking for festival-goers.

While parking is completely free, anyone wishing to make a small donation in support of

Bishops Cannings Church

will have the opportunity to do so. A collection bucket will be available at the entrance, and any contribution, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to Cameron for his generosity and support, and thank you to everyone attending CrownFest 2026 for helping to support our local community.

Please treat the field with respect and take your litter home with you

Then hopefully Cameron and the Piggery Farm shop
will let us use the field next year

Thank you once again Cameron

Did this really happen? Last night at The Kings Arms, Amesbury… it certainly did!
We decided to bring something a little different to the stage at The Kings Arms and showcase an original band.

We’ve tried this before with great success, so we thought, “Why not do it again?”

Enter The Leon Day Band from Gloucestershire – a trio of outstanding musicians who recently welcomed a new drummer following the unfortunate departure of their original drummer due to injury. The new addition? Simply top drawer.

From the moment they soundchecked, you could tell something special was about to happen.

The Kings Arms had got it right once again. As soon as the band launched into their set, people were drawn to the front, packing the area and creating a fantastic atmosphere.

With three first-class musicians delivering a huge sound, the crowd barely knew what had hit them. But after the opening number, they certainly did! Before long, people were dancing, singing along and shouting for more.

The Leon Day Band are fast becoming one of the original bands to watch on the circuit. Three extraordinary musicians combining to create one powerful sound and an unforgettable live experience.

Sadly, venues supporting original music are becoming few and far between.

Hopefully, after witnessing such a memorable night, The Kings Arms, Amesbury will continue to make room for the many talented original artists from our region and beyond.

Original music is alive and well – and last night proved it!

STONE CIRCLE MUSIC EVENTS UK IRE

A brilliant night of live music kicked off Stone Circle Music Events at Bulford Working Men’s Club,
with the outstanding Rachel Sinnetta and Jolyon Dixon, delivering a performance that left the audience spellbound.

Despite strong competition from a major event in Amesbury and the football, the turnout for our very first promotion at the venue was impressively encouraging.

And what a venue! Don’t let the words “Working Men’s Club” fool you.

This place has all the ingredients to become a real force on the Wiltshire live music scene. The management are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and guests are made to feel right at home. There’s even a lovely outdoor seating area where people can relax in the evening sunshine while still enjoying the music coming from inside.

From the moment Rachel and Jolyon took to the stage, you could tell there was something special happening. The acoustics were spot on, and when Rachel opened the show there were genuine gasps from the audience. Her incredible voice combined with Jolyon Dixon’s breathtaking guitar playing left people absolutely spellbound.
In fact, at the end of the evening several people came over asking where they got their backing tracks from!

The answer?

They don’t use backing tracks!

Everything you hear is completely live. Pure talent. Pure professionalism. Just Rachel and Jolyon delivering stunning music the way it should be.

Although the venue wasn’t packed to the rafters, with so much competition for people’s attention on the night, there’s no doubt this club has a bright future for live music.

Next Performance – Friday 3rd July – Don’t Miss It!
The next Stone Circle Music Events night is fast approaching, and we’re thrilled to welcome the outstanding

George Wilding to Bulford Working Men’s Club.
George’s opening line is usually

“Hi, I’m George Wilding – just shout out your requests, I’m here to entertain you!”

And he absolutely delivers.
From Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody to New York, New York, right through to modern chart favourites,
George has an incredible ability to turn almost any request into something special. Whether it’s a few lines or a full performance, his versatility and talent never fail to impress.

This is one show you really don’t want to miss.

Join us on Friday 3rd July and experience another unforgettable evening of live music in one of Wiltshire’s friendliest venues. Seats fill quickly, so make sure you come along and be part of what’s becoming something truly special.

Don’t wait until everyone is talking about it afterwards – come and see George Wilding live and discover why people keep coming back.

Bring your friends, spread the word, and get down the front for a fantastic night of music and entertainment.
See you there!
