*RUN 2KM- Main St- Silleachain Lane- Avondale-Main St
*CYCLE 10KM - Main St- Gallavans Cross- Celbridge Rd- Wonderful Barn (short stop)
continue Celbridge Rd- N4 past Garda station, Leixlip Amenities, Intel, enter to Royal canal back to Louisa Bridge, Spa Bath (short stop),
continue to village
*RUN 2K- Captains Hill, Confey Church, Distillery Lane, 1916 Memorial - FINISH
