What a fantastic day at the Monaghan County Fleadh! Well done to all the organisers and to the Eamonn O Muiri branch for hosting it 👏

As usual I am so proud of each and every one of my students! They are a credit to themselves and their families for all the hard work they put into their music 🎵
Not everyone placed but they should be so proud of themselves and realise that what doesn’t go your way one day might go your way the next day! So never give up!!💖

The Tydavnet Feis was a wonderful occasion last Sunday and very well run by the Eamonn O Mhuire Comhaltas branch Scotstown. Well done to all involved! 👏
I was very proud of all of my students that took part and give it their all! Plenty of proud students and proud parents which is what we want! 🥰

Thank you to everyone who came to our Melodies of Christmas Concert! 🎵
It was quite overwhelming 🩷for me to see the huge crowd of people there and for you all joining in to sing and cheer for our wonderful performers!
Thank you to Gerry 👏 for helping me set up the stage, to Enda and Brendan Treanor 👏 who as always help set up the chairs, to Mam 👏 for looking after the raffle, to Bridget McKenna 👏 for sponsoring a prize, to the students 👏 who stepped in at literally the last minute to sing for those who couldn’t make it due to sickness, to Chelsey McPhillips 👏 for looking after the sound, to everyone 👏 who supported the raffle. Your generosity was very heartfelt and appreciated! To the amazing musicians 🪗 who are making so much progress every week, to the fabulous solo singers 🎙️ and all of the choir, you are amazing, you are all stars!🌟 one of my favourite concerts to date!
To Laura Lavery 📸 for capturing some beautiful snaps, she is amazing at what she does!!
Here is a clip of Silent Night, my favourite of the night! It is every one of my students playing their instruments, singing the song and signing Irish Sign Language to it! Inclusivity at its finest 🩷 Thank you to Annie Cassidy for taking the time to come to a rehearsal and teach us all how to sign Silent Night and Santa Clause is coming to town. A few tears were shed at how beautiful it was! 🥰

I’d like to wish all of my students who are poorly a speedy recovery and hopefully they will be better before Santa arrives!
