Our Pride invites everyone to join us in this unique and inclusive celebration. Let no religion keep us apart. Come together to celebrate as one diverse community. It was established by LGBT activist Dave Thomas and his husband Patrick Bracken in 2014, and was initially called 'Arklow Pride'. In January 2015, Arklow Pride was rename

Please join us and share our dream, our mission, our work in bringing the Community together in celebration of Wicklow Pride. Please note that while we welcome constructive feedback on the Festival and any of our projects, we do not accept or allow bullying, insulting, inappropriate, personal, negative or vulgar comments on our Social Media Accounts. These will be deleted. Those that persist in doing so, will be removed from the page permanently. Everyone should be treated with respect.

We’re delighted to reveal the official schedule of events for the 2026 Wicklow Pride Festival!! 🤩🎉

Join in the fun from the 28th of June for a full week of colourful events, from the return of Gay Bowl and LGBTQ+ Voices in Literature to brand new events like Paint & Sip, ending with the annual Wicklow Pride Parade and Pride at the Castle on the 4th of July! 🏳️‍🌈😍🫶

Our 2026 Grand Marshal is Mammies For Trans Rights 🏳️‍⚧️🫶

We are so excited to have the Mammies as our Grand Marshal for the Wicklow Pride Festival 2026! The Mammies are an incredible group that march with pride to raise the visibility of families of trans children to counter the negative narrative that has begun to take hold in many places🙌❤️

“In the current political climate unity, solidarity, community and love have never been more important. Our message is that people just want to be loved and valued as themselves and it is our honour as mammies and allies to love the trans people in our lives and to remind the broader community that our children and all trans people deserve the same dignity, respect and love afforded to everyone else in society.
