M.FEST is a four day multidisciplinary arts festival seeking to challenge the taboos around menstruation, and present provocative, educational and playful work created by Galway-based artists promoting conversations around women’s health. The inaugural M.FEST will take place from the 2nd-5th March 2023 in Galway City. M.FEST recognises that not all women have periods and not all people who have periods are women.

Join us Sat 21st for Ebb and Flow with . Get in touch to book your space

Ebb and Flow: Cycles are everywhere, in everything and everyone... In this mindful and playful practice on the beach at low tide, we will explore our relationship to water and connect to our inner ebb and flow through sensory activities and reflections. Let's become adventurers, and observe the impact of water in and around us. We will connect and explore our flow through movement, and our ebb through stillness. Join us for a moment of connection between our water bodies and other bodies of water.

What to bring:
-Water
-Dress for the weather: warm clothes, hat, rain jacket
-Towel
*This workshop involves barefoot walking in water, please bring neoprene socks if you want to protect your feet from the cold, shells, etc
