Can't tell you how good it was to play a few tunes again with maestro, Dónal Lunny 🌟
He was an honorary Oriel man for the night in Ti Chulainn...was just amazing.

Much craic was had this week working as presenter on 5 programmes with Aniar for TG4 from Féile na Tána. Very excited to see them later in the year!!!

Lá fhéile Bríde sona daoibh!

Wow - over 300 people turned up for our Mól an Óige concert at Féile na Tána yesterday!! We were treated to simply gorgeous music & song, with Fear an Tí Feilimí O'Connor ... the future of traditional Irish music is in safe hands with these young musicians!!! 🎶
Thanks to the Four Seasons Hotel Carlingford for looking after us so well 🫶
And the wonderful Deirdre Ní Bhuachalla for producing this concert 💛

Lads, I floated out of Carlingford Heritage Centre after the most exhilarating concert of my life on Saturday night!!

Someone said to me after our 'Mór-Cheolchoirm na Féile' that it was like Live Aid but with trad music 🤣

It was just incredible from start to finish and myself and John got to sit in the audience for the whole lot. So thankful 💜

Almost at the end of this year's edition of Féile na Tána, and it was the BEST 🎶
Tired but happy...now on to our céilí AND singing session tonight!!! 🥳
