Are you attending London this weekend? Do you have some extra space in your bags?

Every cosplayer has a stash of old fabrics, materials, costumes, props and tools they no longer look at. They used to be your favourite but now they sit in a box waiting for their next time to see daylight.

The scrap stash is where unwanted cosplay waste goes to get a new life. Come along and donate to the table for others to take home. While you are there, pick up something for yourself to use in your own projects.

London cosplayers are you ready????

Hopefully by now your costumes are shining, your stitches are perfect and your props are solid.

You are travelling by plane, train and automobiles. Accidents happen. Things break. We get it.

The cosplay hospital has you covered. We have talented cosplayers on hand prepared to get you back in working order ready to get back out on that floor and having fun.

Call over to the cosplay zone for repairs, to get some last minute crafting in, to find other cosplayers or even to get some in person advice on future projects.

Whatever it is you need, hopefully has you covered.

Well done again to the winners of the Dublin cosplay competitions. We seen some amazing talent over both days and every single person that took to the stage deserves a huge round of applause.

We are in London this weekend and prepared to do it all over again with another jam packed stage.

The Irish and UK cosplay communities are truly amazing and we are privileged to be the ones helping make your dreams come true.

2026 is the year of The Guild!!!

We are celebrating 10 years of events, competitions, panels, activities and community engagement.

Come join us at our first events of the year with Dublin and London.

Hop on over to the Dance Square where we will be playing all your favourite festive tracks throughout the weekend. Take part in fun Christmas themed games and have a try at Christmas Karaoke.

Unsure of the lyrics? How about checking out Cat Karaoke where knowing the words doesn't matter and it is all about bringing as much energy as possible.

For those Kpop fans, .dancefusion has a Kpop RPD on each day where you can break out your moves and share your love of music with each other.

You spoke and we heard you! Here are the updated categories for our Community Cosplayers Appreciation Awards! Swipe for more information about each award. These are designed as a way to raise awareness about, and celebrate, the various community activities taking place in Cosplay. Please see them as an opportunity to appreciate each other's hard work - think less Academy Awards, and more Pride of Britain and Pride of Place Awards!

The shortlist for each category will be announced on December 19th - keep an eye out! We will also be introducing the team working to pull these awards together shortly.

We have added further insight into each category as well as made some slight modifications. If you have nominated someone already or have been nominated, your nomination will still count. There is no need to submit a new form. Craftsmanship has however been upgraded to Sustainability in Cosplay and this will be classed as a new category.

We certainly do not want this to be a popularity contest. However, given these awards celebrate community contribution, we thought it fitting to retain the community's voice through online voting for at least one category - the category we've chosen for this is Rising Star (now your Community's Choice Rising Star!) The shortlist for this category will be selected by our panel of judges, and then online voting will open on December 19th.

The Community Overall Cosplayer is not about someone who is a 'better cosplayer'! This is an award to celebrate someone who has achievements in more than one of the other categories. Feel free to nominate for this category - the awardee will be chosen from all nominations for all categories.

Results will be announced on Dec 31st!

We are proud to announce we will be rounding out an incredible 2025 with our very first Guild: UK and Ireland Cosplayer of the Year Awards!!

A celebration of the achievements made by UK and Ireland cosplayers throughout the year, we will be combining online community voting with a panel of talented judges to crown 2 winners from each category, 1 from UK and 1 from Ireland in each.

Submissions to be considered can be made by either the cosplayers or someone else on their behalf. Applications are now open and can be accessed here:
