Free online Stress Control classes from HSE Health and Wellbeing, are available again throughout September. These practical sessions provide advice and help to develop skills to deal with stress, anxiety, and build resilience during these challenging times.

As the HSE can’t deliver our Stress Control classes in the community just now, Dr Jim White will, instead, live-stream the classes until December, free-of-charge. Click here to get all the dates. To find out more about Stress Control click here

So as you know, we shared the Zero Su***de Alliance training a few weeks back. Here is a link to Safe Talk training that is normally delivered face to face by the HSE, but with these current circumstances has been made available online. The programme is aimed at anyone over 18 years of age who wants to help prevent su***de and develop skills to help someone who may be at risk of su***de.
