WHY DO WE COMMIT TO AN EXERCISE REGIME?
We’re all fairly clued in at this stage that exercise is good for us, plain and dare I say simple 😉 But why do we actually commit to it? Well the benefits go far and beyond how our bodies look. 🤷‍♀️ For most of us we exercise because we want to feel better, move with ease, think more clearly and enjoy life with greater energy, confidence and freedom. Where yoga fits in is it offers something else, it talks about the mind space and gives us the breath to remind us to stay present and in addition the tools to change negative thinking 🤩 Yoga isn’t simply about becoming more flexible or mastering a particular pose…..It’s about developing a relationship with ourselves it’s one of those special wholistic practices that rarely needs to shout about itself 😉 the proof of the pudding and all that! 🤷‍♀️ We meet every Friday in the Goods Store, Belturbet at 10am cost €10 per class, all levels welcome. Bring your fun, your mat and a lot of breath as we go further into the journey of yoga! 🧘‍♀️
