Dear All Present and Future Customers,

For all future bookings we will only be doing the following :

50% deposit to be made to book your slot for your castle of choice - which will be refundable up until 7 days before your booking.
NO DEPOSIT NO BOOKING!

We ask that you do not ring or message our social media’s or WhatsApp asking for price reductions or try bidding our prices down. I would like to think no one goes in to Tesco SuperValu or Lidl and try bargain at the tills. WE HAVE SET PRICES to which are quite low and reasonable on today’s market. If we have this we will decline all future bookings from that persons.

We also ask that we don’t have customers offering to collect our castles themselves. We only do set ups and collections ourselves for safety reasons on behalf of you our customer and ourselves.

Full payment will be made on delivery of the castle before set up starts.
