One of the Roatan Mango Festival's goals is to create a mango'ficent mango culinary culture on the Bay Islands. To that aim we have Mango Desserts, Jam, Chutney, Salsa & Mango Mixology contests! 2026 Mango Dessert winner was an amazing dessert by Tannie Zuniga Johnson!
