感謝大家對本次活動的熱烈支持！為確保即將舉行的抽獎活動絕對公平、公正與透明，大會正積極籌備相關行政工作，並視乎需要安排獨立會計師親臨現場，全程監督抽獎過程及作核實簽字。

為預留充足時間處理相關數據，以及配合潛在的審計及核查安排，「龍幣」的申請截止時間將提前至 4 月 5 日（星期日）晚上 11 時 59 分。請有意參與的各位把握最後機會，務必於截止時間前完成申請，逾期遞交之申請將不獲受理。

此外，為保障大會及各參展商的權益，請留意以下展會期間的交易及秩序規定：

1. 所有交易活動（包括「龍幣」）僅限於與本屆參展商進行。
2. 所有參展商於展會期間，必須全程佩戴印有個人照片之本屆參展證。
3. 所有交易均須以不影響展會秩序為前提；如有違規或造成混亂，大會保安有權將相關人士請離會場。
4. 大會保留對上述規定的最終解釋及決定權。

同時謹此公佈：香港國際錢幣聯合展銷會（HKCS）為「龍幣」預售申請及相關登記的唯一官方指定之評級提交單位，並負責向 PCGS 及 NGC 提交，所有申請及後續安排均由大會統一處理及核實。

Thank you for your overwhelming support for our event! To ensure the utmost fairness, impartiality, and transparency of our upcoming lucky draw, the Organizer is currently finalizing the administrative arrangements, which may include appointing an independent auditor to officially supervise and verify the drawing process.

To allow sufficient time for data processing and these potential auditing procedures, please be informed that the deadline for Dragon Coin applications will be advanced to 11:59 PM on Sunday, April 5th. We strongly encourage all interested participants to submit their applications before the new deadline, as late submissions will not be accepted.

Furthermore, to safeguard the interests of the Organizer and all exhibitors, please observe the following trading and event regulations:

1. All transactions (including "Dragon Coins") are strictly limited to current exhibitors only.
2. All exhibitors must wear their official 14th HKCS exhibitor badges, featuring their personal photos, at all times during the exhibition.
3. All trading activities must be conducted without disrupting the order of the event. In the case of any violations or disruptions, event security reserves the right to remove the individuals involved from the premises.
4. The Organizer reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding the above regulations.

At the same time, we would like to announce that the Hong Kong Coin Show (HKCS) is the sole official submitting entity to PCGS and NGC for all “Dragon Coins”. All applications and subsequent arrangements are centrally processed and verified by HKCS.
