2 years on, we still see MSIG Trail Running shorts by T8 in the hills. The v1 Sherpa shorts are still holding out well for us 💪💪

Can 3 Islands be a little tough on the legs? Yes! The first 'leg' of 3 is Lamma Island and it's a bit of a toughy. The next edition of this race includes a 4th island in 2022 - Tung Lung Chau.

On November 3, 2019, MSIG Summits at Mui Wo 2019 is back for its second edition. Traversing the length of Lantau Island, this is a gorgeous course that covers all of the major peaks and ends in a fishing village with a great post-race atmosphere. 50K, 27K and 17K distances with solo, pairs and fours categories. 雖然繼續停課、繼續work from home，但日子都係咁過，冇嘢阻止倒YDP嘅同學仔繼續操練、準備挑戰歐洲嘅決心！

睇吓佢哋幾開心？訓練係幾時都唔可以停㗎！

Yup, school's still suspended and you're probably still working from home. But life goes on and nothing's stopping our Youth Development Program fellas from working out and training for their quest to Europe.

They were definitely having a great time. So, never stop training!

【繼續操練】我哋MSIG Trail Running Series青年培訓計劃最後兩強出爐喇！雖然好可惜Meiyan 同 Wai Hei都抽唔中籤，無緣參加今年八月舉行嘅UTMB賽事，但我哋仍然會送佢哋去歐洲參加同一時期嘅其他比賽！

所以訓練，又點可以停呢？

Down to our final 2 Youth Development Programme champions from the 2019 Trail Running Series! Sadly Mei Yan and Wai Hei couldn't get a spot in the UTMB ballot, but fret not! We’ll be flying them over to Europe for other challenges around the same time as UTMB. Meanwhile, the training continues.
