黃子芳成為全球第一位， 亦是唯一的土生土長香港人赴英進行訪問演出， 結果極獲成功。演出後， 英女皇伊麗莎白二世副官黎美嬋女士聯同前倫敦市市長- 大衛．伍頓爵士親自接見， 並授予「英中音樂大使」榮譽稱號。同年又獲英國皇室授予「木蘭之星」和「藝術成就獎」， 以表揚黃子芳在音樂領域及慈善公益方面的成就， 及促進中英及中外文化交流的貢獻。2 0 1 7 年9 月， 烏克蘭國家文化部直屬國家中央廣播電視總局專員， 特意到香港為黃子芳頒贈了烏克蘭國家最高榮譽的「藝術成就大獎」。令黃子芳成為了全球唯一一位獲英國及烏克蘭頒贈「藝術成就大獎」的華人音樂家。她亦參與不少亞洲及國際公開鋼琴音樂比賽，並囊括多個獎項，實力可見一斑。
黃子芳曾與烏克蘭國家功勳廣播交響樂團、深圳交響樂團、廣東珠江交響樂團及河南交響樂團舉辦協曲音樂會。更與不少知名樂團交流及合作，於2016年10月亦與烏克蘭國家功勳廣播交響樂團錄製個人
唱片。2017年，黃子芳與烏克蘭國家功勳廣播交響樂團合作舉辦了一連4場《梁祝》《黃河》鋼琴協奏曲音樂會，分別於河南、東莞、香港及北京演出，並大獲好評，受到全國超過100家不同媒體爭相報導。同年黃子芳獲選為2017全港時尚專業女性（藝術及文化界別）得獎者。是香港以至全國最優秀的鋼琴家之一 。
Catherine has became the world’s first born and bred HongKonger that has performed in the UCIEA and even granted with ”The Ambassador of British-Chinese Co-Music”in 2015. Moreover, in order to recognise Catherine’s achievements and contribution in the field of music and charity work as well as to facilitate China-United Kingdom relations, in November of the same year, the British Royal Family granted her with more honours and awards, namely “The Mulan Star Award” and the “Arts Achievement Award”. In September 2017, The Ukraine Government granted Catherine with “The Highest Honour Music Achievement Award”, which makes Catherine became the world’s only Chinese musian to be awarded certain honour by both Ukraine and United Kingdom. Over the years she has cooperated with various revered symphony orchestras, such as The National Radio Company of Ukraine Symphony Orchestra, Guangdong Pearl River Symphony Orchestra and Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra etc. In 2017, Catherine held her first concert tour - Chinese Piano Concerto “The Butterfly Lovers” & “Yellow River”, in Henan, Dongguan, Hong Kong and Beijing, with the world renowned
National Radio Company of Symphony Orchestra. In the same year, Catherine has won the Hong Kong Professional Elite Ladies Selection in Arts and Culture Field.
