由專業、資深及持有香港羽毛球總會之註冊教練教授
訓練班專為初學者或對羽毛球有基本認識的學員而設
主要讓各學員透過訓練下，增強及提高相關能力：
1. 培養對羽毛球的興趣
2. 增強球感
3. 教授正確握拍、發球及基本步法等基本技術
4. 認識比賽的規則及計分方法
5. 配合不同的體能訓練，從而增強身體質素及協調性
