As the project progressed, regulatory, documentation and operational challenges required the team to continuously reassess the ex*****on plan.
Cargo information was reviewed and physically validated, with each tower and its corresponding components identified by serial number to support the permit, customs clearance and delivery processes.
At the port, on-site supervision helped maintain visibility during discharge and sorting, while close coordination between authorities, the customs broker and the operational teams allowed the project to continue moving forward under changing conditions.
For the inland stage, more than 100 transport units were managed through a structured pre-loading and dispatch plan, moving up to 12 trucks per day from Altamira to Monterrey.
Throughout the operation, transparent communication and continuous follow-up kept risks, timelines and operational implications visible at every stage.
Despite the complexity surrounding the project, all cargo was delivered in full and without damage.
A large-scale operation shaped not only by the cargo itself, but by the ability to respond, adapt and maintain control when conditions changed. ⚡
