I-舞蹈節（香港）2024 舞在天空下 非常有幸邀請到前廣東現代舞周總監、北京舞蹈雙周節目總監及西九文化區表演藝術（舞蹈）主管張月娥女士到現場主持具有傳統特色的菜茶美食分享。張月娥退休後嚮往農耕及大自然生活，亦深入研究及探索潮州傳統特色菜茶（擂茶）。
同場加映生機素食晚餐，盡享各式營養素被保留的有機食品。生機素食意指非高溫處理、不含化學添加成份及不含動物成份的食物。請來本港生機素食廚師方毅研Phyllis Fong 及Mandy 到Y-Space 「多空間」團址即席煮調及介紹生機素食。「多空間」與你一起善待自己身體！名額有限，不容錯過！

《 I-舞蹈節（香港）2024 舞在天空下」》
#集體創作一觸即發！ 舞蹈、音樂及不同媒體藝術家共聚於大帽山下(上村)。在天空下即興舞動，當下的視聽享受及動感能喚醒平日麻木的感官，觀眾與表演者於演出後一同於大帽山下享用餐宴，以色、香、味渡過豐富一天！
一切創作和餐飲物料均來自香港土地。
當日活動包括導賞團、舞蹈及音樂表演、工作坊及餐宴。

What? and will appear in i-Dance(HK) Festival 2024 - Dance Under the Sky?!!!
I-Dance Festival (Hong Kong) 2024 Dancing in the Sky is very honored to invite Ms. Karen CHEUNG, Former Director of the Guangdong Modern Dance Festival, Program Director of the Beijing Dance Festival and Head of Performing Arts (Dance) for the West Kowloon Cultural District, to host a sharing about a dish with traditional characteristics, Lei Cha. After retiring, Ms. Karen CHEUNG yearned for farming and living in nature, and also conducted in-depth research and exploration of Chaozhou's traditional tea (Lei Cha).
A raw vegan dinner will be added at the same time, so you can enjoy raw vegan food that retains various nutrients. Raw vegan food means food that is not processed at high temperatures, does not contain chemical additives, and does not contain animal ingredients. Local organic vegetarian chefs Phyllis Fong and Mandy are being invited to Y-Space to cook and introduce raw vegan food. Y-Space works with you to be kind to your body! Seats are limited, don’t miss it!

Dancers, musicians and artists who work in different media will gather in the farm, improvising a performance under the sky together! Regain your acute senses and have a fruitful day by enjoying the fresh artistic appeal and the dinner with the performers at a village under Tai Mo Mountain!
All materials and food that serve on the day are all made and growth locally in Hong Kong
Activities include guided tours, dance and music performances, workshops and dinner.
