　旺角のCordis Hotelで９月15日、「神戸の食」の試食や商談を行う「神戸プロモーションフェア（FIND KOBE）in香港」が開催された。昨年より神戸市は「食都 神戸2020」構想を推進しており、その一環として農業者、漁業者、流通事業者等で「食都神戸」海外展開促進協議会を設立、神戸産の農水産物をはじめとした「食」の海外展開に取り組んでいる。会場には、神戸ワイン、スイーツから、魚介類、果物、ポークといった神戸の味を堪能できる食材が並んだ。「食都神戸」海外展開促進協議会会長の前田勝彦氏は「神戸ブランドといえば神戸牛の認知度は高いが、広大な農産地、海があり鮮度の高い魚介類や野菜も豊富にある...
