Dear all, due to an injured shoulder which is seemingly taking forever to recover, Mayank and I have decided to postpone our HK360 swim until next year. We would like to thank you for your support and this by no means is the end of the road. It would simply be impossible to swim 45km on a bad shoulder. We will be back stronger next year!!

Training for HK360 (swimming around Hong Long Island) yesterday completed a double clean-half 15km ultra marathon race waking up at 3:45am and swimming for 12.5 hours. First time night swimming which was amazing, super calm waters though lots of current against on the way back which pretty much doubled my time. Hope my soar arm will recover quickly. Doug Woodring the organizer also runs Ocean Recovery, the charity we are raising $$ for

Daniel warming up for his 30km Double Clean Half attempt this Saturday. I tagged along giving him company for 6km. He went on battling very strong currents around Clearwater Bay. Beautiful day to swim.

Gustav Szabo supports Gone Swimming. Gus is a very accomplished British artist and interior designer based in Hong Kong.

Gus is supporting us through creating art work for Gone Swimming which will be sold to raise money for Ocean Cleanup. Gus is himself a Channel swimmer and a green activist for cleaner oceans.
