感謝各位對Mr. Men Little Miss 水陸兩項兒童運動會的支持，恭喜所有努力完成比賽的小朋友及家長們，在天氣不穩的情況下，保持著運動員堅毅不屈的精神完成比賽，經歷了一次難忘的親子時光。

1. 進場後請根據指示往接待處出示確認電郵報到及換領選手包。
Upon arriving the venue, please follow the signage and head to the reception desk. Please redeem your race kit by presenting the confirmation email to the staff.

2. 參加者於等候區準備大會召集，進行比賽。
Participants must be waiting at the standby zone and pay attention to the announcement.

3. 家長可陪同小朋友進入泳池，參加者及家長進入泳池範圍必須穿著拖鞋或赤腳。工作人員會帶領前往泳池/運動場進行比賽。
Parents could enter the swimming pool area with the children. Participants and parents MUST wear flip flops or go barefoot when entering the swimming pool area.The staff will es**rt the participants to the swimming pool/Athletic field.

4. 完成賽事後，可回到接待處領取物資，另有即時獎牌刻名服務及預購實體證書。

Hello各位小朋友大家好丫，如果一說到運動對大家有什麼好處，大家是否都會想到減肥或者減少患上疾病的機會呢？但原來做運動還有很多不同的好處，現在就等現役三項鐵人及長跑運動員代表兼網絡上代表 - 劉峻崚去為大家講解啦：

好難得有短距離嘅水陸兩項既賽事舉行，絕對係一個好機會讓一種小將大展所長。

心肺耐力絕對係所有運動嘅基礎，良好嘅心肺耐力絕對有助小朋友日後參與不同的運動項目。

另外，水陸運動對身體有很多好處，以下列出其中一些：

1. 增強心肺功能：水陸運動需要大量的氧氣供應，因此能夠增強心肺功能，提高身體的耐力和心肺健康。

2. 增強肌肉力量：水陸運動涉及到大量的肌肉運動，可以增強身體的肌肉力量，特別是下肢肌肉力量。

3. 增強心血管功能：水陸運動可以促進血液循環和心血管功能，減少心臟疾病和中風的風險。

4. 減少關節負擔：水中運動可以減少關節和骨骼的負擔，對於患有關節炎或其他關節問題的人士來說特別有益。

5. 減輕身體負擔：水中運動可以減輕身體的重量，減少身體對地面的衝擊，對於患有肥胖或其他身體負擔問題的人士來說特別有益。

6. 改善心理健康：水陸運動可以減輕壓力，提高心情，對於減輕焦慮和抑鬱症狀有益。

此外，根據研究顯示，[1] 在兒童及青少年而言，心肺耐力不只是反映他們的心血管健康、代謝功能狀況，以及早逝風險，良好的心肺耐力更有利於提升學術表現和精神健康狀況。

總而言之，水陸運動對身體有很多好處，特別是對於身體處於高壓力和高負擔的人士來說，是一個非常好的運動方式。

Lau Tsun Ling劉峻崚曾就讀於拔萃男書院, 畢業於中文大學運動科學系碩士. 13歲已經加入香港鐵人三項隊. 現役香港三項鐵人及長跑運動員, 積極爭取個人香港排名, 希望來年可以代表香港出戰世界賽事. 除了擁有運動員身份之外, 亦曾任香港傷健三鐵教練及視障三項鐵人運動員的領跑員.. 現職為香港三鐵代表隊副教練. 近期開設了自己的YouTube頻道, 推廣三項鐵人及長跑等項目給普羅大眾。

[Mr. Men Little Miss 水運兩項運動會 Q&A]
多謝大家支持，為方便大家更加了解活動內容，小編綜合了部份常見問題分享給大家～

問：報名之後幾時知道比賽時間？
答：比賽時間表大概活動日前一星期就會公布，記得follow facebook專頁留意住喇！

Q: When will the start list be released?
A: The start list will be released 1 week before the event day. Further details will be announced on page.

問：泳池水深係幾多？小朋友可唔可以使用浮力背心？
答：泳池最深位置為1.8米。如有需要嘅話，參加者可以穿上浮力背心。

Q: How deep of swimming pool? Can children use swim vest?
A: The deepest of swimming pool is 1.8m. Participant can wear swim vest if needs.

問：小朋友去到咩程度先適合參加呢？
答：以25m游泳項目為例，相等於細池一個塘，如果平時學游水都可以完成嘅話，基本上就無問題架喇～即使在比賽途中有困難，水中standby嘅游泳教練會協助小朋友完成賽事，家長無需擔心～

Q: Is it suitable for all swimming levels?
A: The Fun Swim (25m) category is equivalent to a 25m pool. There will be no problem if he/she can usually finish during swimming lessons. Even if there are difficulties during the competition, the coaches will be on standby assisting the children to complete the meet.

問：比賽日必需要帶咩？幾時到場地報到？
答：大會建議最少提前30分鐘到達現場報到，記得出示返報名確認電郵（電子版本即可)，同時現場會領取選手包！建議小朋友可以預先穿上泳衣，方便即時安排印上選手號於手臀上、熱身以及準備上線。有個小貼士俾大家，到咗現場完成登記後預留時間做熱身，預防比賽時出現抽筋情況。

Q: What do I need to bring on event day? What is the reporting time?
A: It is recommended that participants shall arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes in advance to register. Remember to show the registration confirmation email (e-version) and redeem the swimmer kit on site. It is recommended that children should dress up with swimming suit in advance. Tip: Please do some warmup exercises to prevent injury.

在報名時，除了須填寫一般的個人資料外，還須選擇參與的比賽項目。以下活動項目資訊：
Participants should fill in general personal information and select the competition category. Here’re the details:

水陸兩項挑戰賽：50米游泳 + 200米跑步
水陸兩項體驗自選：50米／25米游泳及 100米／60米跑步
游泳項目：25米持板泳、自由泳、蛙泳、仰泳及 50米自由泳、蛙泳、仰泳、蝶泳
田徑項目：2x50米親子接力、100米、60米、60米跨欄、30米、30米跨欄、立定跳遠、擲木球／擲壘球

所有報名參加這次 MR. MEN LITTLE MISS 水陸兩項兒童運動會將獲得賽事紀念品，包括泳帽、速乾毛巾、沙灘袋、T-shirt、毛巾、印水貼紙等等（視乎參賽組別包含之紀念品有所不同），完成賽事即可獲得完成獎牌及電子證書！名額有限，先到先得！

【新一屆 MR. MEN LITTLE MISS 水陸兩項兒童運動會水陸兩項挑戰賽小鐵人體驗】

MR. MEN LITTLE MISS 運動會載譽歸來！2021年於香港舉行亞洲首個MR. MEN LITTLE MISS 主題兒童水運會，接近一千人次參與游泳項目比賽，小健兒們亦順利地完成所有賽事。所以大會繼上次水運會之後，今次追加陸上田徑項目，組成2023年全新升級版的MR. MEN LITTLE MISS 水陸兩項兒童運動會！

MR. MEN LITTLE MISS 水陸兩項兒童運動會將於2023年7月1日（星期六、公眾假期）馬鞍山烏溪沙青年新村舉行。其中一個重點項目 - 水陸兩項挑戰賽，小健兒們需要先完成50米游泳，及後再進行200米的跑步，讓小健兒們體驗兩項鐵人比賽。同時亦設有水陸兩項體驗自選（可選50米／25米游泳項目及 100米／60米跑步項目，根據小健兒能力自由選擇挑戰游泳及跑步項目。

除了水陸兩項挑戰賽之外，小健兒們亦可單獨參與游泳項目或田徑項目，游泳項目包括25米及50米游泳項目，特設3-6歲25米持板泳體驗，田徑項目包括100米、60米、30米短跑、擲項及立定跳遠等等，更設有2x50米親子接力賽，好讓家長與小健兒一齊完成比賽，享受親子時光。

MR. MEN LITTLE MISS 水陸兩項兒童運動會參賽年齡為3－12歲，即日起接受報名，報名費HK$480起，參加者將可獲得以MR. MEN LITTLE MISS 主題設計的賽事紀念品，包括泳帽、速乾毛巾、沙灘袋、T-shirt、毛巾、印水貼紙等等（視乎參賽組別包含之紀念品有所不同），完成賽事更可獲得完成獎牌及電子證書，名額有限，先到先得，更多比賽詳情請留意大會公佈。

MR. MEN LITTLE MISS sports event is back again! In 2021, Asia's first MR. MEN LITTLE MISS themed swimming gala was held in Hong Kong. Nearly 1,000 people participated in the swimming competitions, and the young athletes also successfully completed all the events. Therefore, after the last swimming gala, we increase track and field events to the new MR. MEN LITTLE MISS Sports day in 2023!

MR. MEN LITTLE MISS Sports Day will be held on 1st July, 2023 (Friday, public holiday) at Wu Kai Sha Youth Village, Ma On Shan. One of the key events - the Swim & Athletic Challenge, young athletes need to complete a 50-meter swim first, and then run a 200-meter run, so that young athletes can experience the aquathlon competition. At the same time, there are also optional Swim & Athletic events, young athletes can choose to challenge swimming and running events according to their abilities.

In addition to the Swim & Athletic Challenges, young athletes can also participate in swimming events or track and field events. Swimming events include 25-meter and 50-meter swimming events, and track and field events include 100-meter, 60-meter, and 30-meter sprints, throwing events, and standing long jump, there is also a 2x50-meter parent-child relay race, so that parents and young athletes can complete the race together and enjoy parent-child time.

MR. MEN LITTLE MISS Sports Day is available to ages 3-12. Registration is now open. The registration fee starts from HK$480. Participants will receive event souvenirs designed on the theme of MR. MEN LITTLE MISS, including swimming caps, Quick-drying towels, beach bags, T-shirts, towels, watermark stickers, etc. (depending on the souvenirs included in the participating groups). After completing the competition, you can get a completion medal and an e-certificate. The registration quota is limited, first-come-first-served.
