At 7pm tonight, we will hold a lucky draw LIVE via Facebook and IG! 3 lucky EPVC runners will win a Stojo foldable water bottle each (with retail price : $238).

Runners can refer their assigned number to the “EP King / Queen” page on our google spreadsheet. For example, no. 5 is Raymond Lai and no. 172 is Lou Chi Hang.

As a reminder, the voting period for the best route-drawing will be ended 6pm tonight! Remember to vote for your favourite drawings !

Despite the flexibility, it is not easy to accomplish 100EPs in 10 days. Runners actually have to run 10EPs each day on average in order to finish the target! Congrats to all 100EP finishers!

【一個隊名，一個故事❤️】

10月頭收到隊伍Wings 嘅報名，隊員Wingkei嘅電話號碼係+254######x❓一度以為係入錯左😅

Day1 數據上載後，Wingkei 嘅路線顯示Marsabit,Kenya，佢係肯亞參與EP Virtual Challenge ! 😱立即搵Wingkei做左個小訪問。📞

問：你係香港長大？點解會去左肯亞？去左幾耐？
答：是在香港成長的。在肯亞已經有12年了。我和太太都是傳道人，在這裡做教會工作的。

問：肯亞跑手路跑好出名，越野跑文化/風氣如何？
肯亞只是「職業馬拉松」出名，對超長跑、山跑嘅理解好薄弱，但正在轉變，特別在業餘界中。

問：你係當地成立跑會目的？
答：當初並不在意成立跑會的，但當越來越多本地跑手發現我在Strava的超長跑活動，佢哋就開始跟我跑，我就為佢地安排club runs。

答：今年人人go virtual ，我亦不例外，之前已參加了 “Run Across America 5000” 同 “UTMB Virtual 240”。

問：暫時Top 10之內，day 10策略？
答：盡力而為。只可惜這邊(Nairobi)仍然有宵禁，我無法跑24小時。

終於......終於有人打破Vic So 嘅記錄啦！最新單日EP皇由平民跑手建建以220EP 成功登榜。來自Team 「110 黑白雙煞」既建建 Zhiyuan Dao Day9留守沙田坳一帶，用盡23小時42 🕰，走出147公里及7265米攀升，由朝跑到黑，係愛越野跑？定係要對隊友負責任呀？🧐

Top 10 隊伍名單上上落落，第5-10名每隊相差幾十EP，絕對有得追！今日最後一日啦！堅持就是勝利✌🏼

Day 10 自助補給站由今日凌晨開始已經開左檔啦！Vic So同補給站一齊開工，佢已經連續跑左10小時，應該係想再次挑戰單日EP皇嘅稱號‼️

Finally!! The single day highest EP king record is finally broken by Kin from team 110 黑白雙煞 who has done total 220EP after n loops at Shatin Pass Road, which accounts for 147km and 7265m elevation, in 23hrs 42mins! 🕰

The 5th to 10th teams are also getting close! Let’s see who can sustain until the very last moment?!

Day 10 check point has started from midnight while Vic So also started his last run from the same moment! So far he has done 10 hours already, is he trying to get back his EP king throne?!

【Day 8 龍虎榜Leaderboard 公布 👑】

今屆參加者表示，好似玩緊一場Stage Race !🤡

出水泡、腳板痛、小腿酸，甚至要食止痛藥去完成每日嘅目標! 目標從來唔係來自他人，而是自我追求!

8成參加者已成功完成100EP ! 🙌🏻🙌🏻其餘兩成都要加油，其中 14歲青少年隊伍「AJ」，暫時Alvin Fung 74EP 同埋 Justin Kwok 66EP，究竟佢地最後能唔能夠完成100EP呢?
仲有最後2日，應該會有更多可能性出現! 預祝大家成功達到自己嘅目標!

Blisters, muscle soreness, pain… All these come along when you are getting close to your own target.

80% of our participants have achieved 100EP already! 🙌🏻🙌🏻Please don’t give up if you haven’t! For our teenage team “AJ” who are aged at 14 years old, Alvin Fung has so far achieved 74EP while Justin Kwok achieved 66EP. Stay tuned if they can finally achieve 100EP after Day 10!
