Meet Juana 💛
Juana is a 27-year-old bead artisan with Studio Qa’Tee who first learned her craft at just 10 years old by watching her older sisters. What began as childhood curiosity has grown into a talent she now uses to create intricate, meaningful beadwork by hand.
Today, Juana is a staff member with Sharing the Dream, where she earns fair wages, benefits, and stable employment. She says that beadwork requires dedication and patience—but most importantly, love for what you create.
Through her work, Juana feels valued as an artist and is grateful for the opportunities she has to continue growing in her craft. ✨
