The Heart and the Feather - a dance between Heaven and Earth
There is an ancient Egyptian story called the "Weighing of the Heart Ceremony" where a deceased person's heart was weighed against the feather of Ma'at, the goddess of truth. If the heart was lighter than the feather, the person could enter the afterlife; if heavier, it was devoured by the monster Ammit.
The Egyptians knew something we have mostly forgotten - that there is nothing worse than carrying a heavy heart through life.
The question is - How does the Heart become (and stay) Light as a feather? Let's just say, it's very difficult, if you don't learn how to flow with Life, and dance the way only you can dance.
This Spring we gather again at The Movement Gathering in Corfu to continue our journey through the chakras, this time placing our presence and awareness on the Heart Center.
The last few years we dove into the lower chakras for deep, powerful and unforgettable initiations. preparing the ground and purifying the soul for what is coming next. We now come up for some air, to begin a fresh new quest - to walk the Path of Love, to heal and open the Heart, and to dance with the Divine.
To do so, we must MOVE through some heaviness to become unburdened and light-hearted. Heaven is a dance floor, and to get there, you need to dance with and through the Heart...
This gathering will be playful, full of Love and deeply touching. There will be many beautiful initiations and movement practices, but it's not about that, not really. It's about stepping into pure PRESENCE and allowing it to move your feet.
That is why our 2026 Theme is: The Dance of Presence
By the end of this enchanting process, we will take flight with the lightest of feet, so that Ma'at will let us pass into our beautiful Rebirth with a smile.
So dear Traveler, if you are ready to walk this way of the Heart and Dance your soul into heavenly grace, then the way is now open. Our floor is yours for the transformation you seek, and we welcome you with our whole heart.
