Carriacou Corn Festival Discover and Relish Corn’s Goodness
  Corn Fest, is intended to inspire and encourage community togetherness in a sociable atmosphere.

The event explores the diversity of products derived from Corn, a crop indigenous to Carriacou. Corn has been the predominant staple food enjoyed by the ancestors and it is permanently featured in the traditional “saraca” – smoked food. The extravaganza showcases the many byproducts / food prepared from corn.
