Wow, what a day that was! On behalf of Claverham Sounds and Claverham ❨Yatton❩ Cricket Club we would like to say a huge thank you to all the bands that made yesterday such a great event: Adam and the Hellcats Midnight Shot Jacob Tuckfield Rock Choir Somerset Coast • Choirs led by Mike Aris Antic Aces, The Alternatives, and Cooper Moon you were all superb 👏.
Huge thanks also to Koby Taylor and the sound team who seemed to effortlessly get everything set up, turn around the bands on stage in a short amount of time, and keep the sound top drawer all day 👏
Thank you to all the incredible food vendors Heathers Coffee Shop , The One Pizza Van, Yeo Valley Lions, Gabby's ice cream and Strawberry Line Cafe for keeping everyone fed, with a fantastic variety of delicious meals.
Also thanks to Stage Events for once again getting our fantastic stage set up without any stress or fuss.
Thank you to all the bar staff who worked tirelessly all day serving endless beers. It was the biggest one yet and you did an incredible job keeping the drinks flowing all day. Big shout out to Bomber who spent his entire day changing barrels in the heat and also to Hayley and Jon G for all your hard work running frantically between bars all day!
We would like to thank all the volunteers who selflessly put themselves forward, and gave up part of their day to help set up, clear up and keep the bars running. Also to those on the gates collecting donations and covering faces in glitter! There's too many to name individually, but you know who you are, and we think you are all superstars 🌟🌟🌟. Thank you 🙏
Also, huge thanks to DJ Nuggs, who as always did a great job compering, selecting the best bangers for everyone to dance to, and being the voice of Claverham Sounds 🎧 🎶
Massive thanks also to the weather gods, who once again smiled on us and gave us blue skies and sunshine all day ☀️☀️
Finally, thank you everyone who attended. It's you guys that create the incredible atmosphere that always makes this such a special community event year after year.
