Currently studying Professional Policing at university, Maddie has already built years of hospitality experience since starting in the industry at just 16 years old. Friendly, hardworking and always full of positive energy, she’s quickly become a valued part of our team.

Whether she’s chatting with residents, serving coffees, helping during busy lunch services or making guests feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door, Maddie always brings a smile with her.

Outside of work, she loves playing piano, trampolining and has big plans to travel the world after university.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Maddie as part of The Cosy Corner Bistro family — and we know our customers love seeing her friendly face too.
