We’re off and running! Our Faces of Carnival competition continues with a fresh set of carnival faces — and TWO more places in the semi-finals up for grabs today!

🌮 Sponsored by Taco Bell UKI, with restaurants in Weston-super-Mare, Bridgwater, Barnstaple, Exeter and Torquay.

Who would YOU like to see on the covers of this year’s Weston Carnival Souvenir Programme?

There are FOUR cover places to be won: 1st and 2nd on the FRONT COVER, with 3rd and 4th on the BACK COVER.

👇 HERE’S HOW TO VOTE TODAY:

👉 Give your favourite photos in Pool B a ‘Like’ on this original competition post.

👉 You can ‘Like’ as many photos as you want — but make sure you like the individual photos for your votes to count!

👉 The TWO photos with the most votes at 10:00pm will go through to the semi-finals.

🕙 TONIGHT’S VOTING CLOSES AT 10:00PM, with results announced shortly afterwards.

Five daily pools, running until Saturday 19th September, will give us TEN semi-finalists. The semi-finals take place on Sunday 20th and Monday 21st September, with five photos in each. The two qualifiers from Pool E will be split, one into each semi-final.

The top TWO from each semi-final will then face your votes in the final showdown on…

We're delighted to announce that our 2026 Faces of Carnival competition is sponsored by Taco Bell.

With Taco Bell UKI restaurants in Weston-super-Mare, Bridgwater, Barnstaple, Exeter and Torquay, there was really only one day we could possibly start...

🌮 TACO TUESDAY – 15TH SEPTEMBER!

Once again, YOU will decide which carnival faces will be on the covers of the Weston Carnival Souvenir Programme.
There are FOUR places up for grabs: 1st and 2nd place on the FRONT COVER, with 3rd and 4th place on the BACK COVER.

Here’s how it works:
👉 Five daily pools of photos, running from Tuesday 15th to Saturday 19th September.
👉 Vote for your favourites by giving their photos a ‘Like’ on the daily competition post.
👉 You can ‘Like’ as many photos as you want in each pool.
👉 The top TWO photos from each pool go through to the semi-finals — giving us TEN semi-finalists this year!
