St James Music and Drama Society are an open, amateur drama group established in 1958 and based at Falconer Hall in Bushey, Hertfordshire.We hold annual shows, tour local stages with Murder Mysteries, participate in the Bushey Carnival and Festival, and hold regular fundraising events throughout the year such as quiz nights, barbecues and even race nights (albeit with our own ‘special’ changes)! A
s a society our aim is to bring people together through Music and Drama,
starting from an early age with the Youth Drama Group upwards. Each year we aim to put on a range of productions, and also to enter our youth
group in the Bushey Drama Festival. It takes time, dedication and commitment
from our members for these things to happen and we are looking for more
recruits…
Are you interested in performing? Are you musician? Could you be part of the Front of House team? There is something at St James Music and Drama Society for everyone. Alongside these events we also run social gatherings, we would like to invite you
to join us at these events and, we could always do with some help behind the
scenes if you are able.
