Jimmy– 16.2hh 8yo Thoroughbred bay Gelding – Novice/1* Eventer
Competitive, uncomplicated and incredibly easy to have around. Jimmy is a lovely kind horse who has successfully competed at Novice and 1* level in Ireland and would make a fantastic prospect for a competitive amateur.
He is a genuinely straightforward horse who is easy in every way. He hacks alone and in company, is uncomplicated away from home and has a lovely attitude to his work.
He has a soft mouth and is ridden in a snaffle in all three phases. He has a nice, level and balanced way to a fence and is a very easy horse to ride, giving his rider confidence while still being competitive.
With his experience and attitude, Jimmy would suit someone wanting a horse to go out and compete and have lots of fun with.
He would be particularly well suited to a competitive amateur, Pony Club, riding club or mother-and-daughter combination.
Jimmy does sometimes wind-suck, and this is reflected fairly in his price.
