Picnic in the Meadow is back this year on the 25th June! This year raising money for children with cancer ❤️ Knowler Farm Coffee Shop will be opening its doors and selling the very best lost sheep coffee! ☕️Primary Sports Giants will be here hosting Nerf battles, 🔫 Knowler Farm fitness will be here putting everyone through their paces, 💪🏻⚽️ will be hosting garden games and entertainment 🌻 plus Kim’s Cookery school will be catering! 🍜 Local stalls, Live music and much more, what a cracking family day out!! £5 tickets on the door 🌿🌻

We have some fantastic Day and weekend retreats coming up at the Farm this month!
Day retreats: 5th June and 6th June
Weekend Retreat: 19th-20th June

Day retreat includes:
Introduction to meditation and 75 mins of Yoga with the lovely Caelia from Cinque Yoga, a two course meal from one of our favourite local chefs Kim Midson from Kim’s cookery school, followed by a guided walk and a chance to meet and discuss with our retreat practitioners 🌱🌿

Retreat weekend includes:
Yoga, meditation, Art workshops, nutritional talks, guided walks, reiki and reflexology treatments, talks, outdoor cooking workshops and more! 🌱🌿
