The Sound Journey takes place in a lovely Bell Tent in the beautiful orchard at Lakeside and we have some grounding connection/reflection time afterwards around the firepit - it really is a super special evening and always sells out so please get in touch if you would like to secure this unexpected last minute space!

Join me for a 30 day challenge this Autumn

Take a picture of the same 🌸🌳 for the next 30 days and watch the seasons change.

Choose somewhere easy for you to get to. It can be as simple as a plant in a flower box or a tree you walk past on the way to work, or a favourite spot in your garden/park.

Find a spot and take a picture each day, then slow yourself down and put your phone away and spend 1 minute relaxing your gaze and take a closer look at the details, maybe somethings crawling on it? Maybe a leaf is changing colour? Or maybe you have a visit from a bird?

You can extend this by taking 1 minute to explore the textures, 1 minute to stop and listen to the sounds around it, then take 5 deep breaths before you move on with your day.

Tips:

🌳You don’t have to start on a particular day or time.

🌳You can extend your time for as long as you wish, slow down and enjoy.

🌳Ideal as a decompression after school on the way home, or for parents to take 5 for themselves.

🌳Don’t forget to put your phone on silent and pop it away for full effects.

🌳Please don’t pick flowers, remember the leave no trace rule.

Our bunnies make us laugh on a daily basis as they remind us that the track is part of there home in and out of Lakeside Escape and we must slow down and wait until they are ready, this can be quite some time as they are used to our vehicles and know they are safe 🥰
