✨Goodbye swans - shine bright in your new nests!✨

We had a wonderful evening celebrating 's visit to . All 13 swans are nesting in their forever homes now, following our auction with Adam Partridge Auctioneers & Valuers

If you enjoyed the trail and exploring our town, please follow our parent page Visit Mid Devon for local tourism projects, news and competitions.

Don't forget you can visit Rosie at the Grand Western Canal Country Park visitor centre and you might even spot one or two during your travels around the area.

📌 We are pleased to let you all know that our fabulous Swanning Around has found his new home and has had a few days to settle in since the auction event took place last week.

🎉 Swanning Around was won by Ange who had purple raffle ticket no.10. Swanning Around was collected by her husband Craig.

💙 Thank you to all who entered, we know Swanning Around was super popular and so many of you wanted to give him a new nest. We hope his new owners enjoy having him.

Last night’s auction was a tremendous success, with all of our unique swans finding forever homes! It was a wonderful evening enjoyed by everyone, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to Adam Partridge Auctioneers & Valuers for hosting such a memorable event.

Congratulations to the new owners. We look forward to seeing what future tourism projects come forward with the money raised. Total amount raised to be announced soon. Keep an eye on our website for more information.

...well actually we did catch Swanning Around and so did all of you, many times over the last few months!

We couldn't resist getting this snap (obviously Sandford, Crediton on this occasion though 🤫) Can anyone guess the film reference?

Anyway, now Swanning Around has been caught for the final time it's your chance to give him his forever home! Raffle tickets can be purchased up until Thursday morning from Tiverton Museum of Mid Devon Life , and the following sellers Tiverton Pannier Market : Ria’s Cafe & Cakery , Kellands Fruit and veg Tiverton market , The Healthy Root and Kwirky Krafts. We will also be selling raffle tickets at The New Hall on the evening of the auction if you would like to purchase them when you attend. Tickets are £1 each or £5 for a strip and the raffle will be drawn by Swanning Around's artist Stu Blam !

Be sure to join us, we can't wait to find out where Swanning Around lands for his final time!
