Throwing a lineout that didn’t even make the 5 metre line… with the infamous Dai Watts stood right behind me watching it all unfold. Still haunts me to this day 😂

• Dream position swap?
Scrum half… purely so I can stop correcting people when they guess where I actually play 🙄🤣

A brutal ho**er with the engine of a back row and absolutely no interest in taking a backwards step 😅

Physical, aggressive and built for collisions, Morgan brings serious energy to the squad. The sort of front rower who loves the dirty work but somehow still thinks he’s got the skillset of a back 🔥

Welsh Youth Cup Final. Ran it straight at a scrum half thinking I was about to flatten him… next thing I know I’m waking up on the floor out cold and ended up missing the rest of the final 😅

• Dream position swap?
Fullback all day. Open space running is what I was made for before I discovered food 🤣
Shouting at fat blokes whilst looking good at the back doesn’t seem too bad either. Secret weapon as well… got a serious right boot on me 😉

Red card… 10 seconds into a big game. First tackle straight from kick off 😅
And guess who spotted it? The touchie of course. Ref agreed as well to be fair 😂 Some people would still call it a decent hit back in the day mind 👀

Full back all day. Stand at the back pretending to organise everyone, fake a few tackle attempts on line breaks and occasionally boot the ball out on the full 🤣 Sorted.

The Julie Owen 10s Festival is coming to Tiverton RFC on 22nd August in aid of The Brain Tumour Charity ❤️

A huge day of rugby, live music, entertainment, fundraising and local rivalries — all in memory of Julie Owen following her battle with glioblastoma.

With ambassadors, ex professionals and current international players already supporting the event, this is set to be an unbelievable day for the rugby community both on and off the pitch.

We’d love to have clubs from across the region involved as we build something really special in Julie’s memory ❤️
