Happy 60th wedding anniversary to Gerry & Jan Wells-Cole!

It was a pleasure to host such a momentous occasion. Thank you for choosing us to be part of your special day.

The afternoon began with a ceremony in the Chapel, conducted by Chaplain Father Mark. Guests then headed to the grand Woodard Room for an afternoon tea buffet, followed by speeches as family and friends reminisced about Gerry and Jan's 60 years of marriage.

For many in attendance, returning to King's brought back cherished memories of their school days. With two generations of OAs and members of the King's community present, the celebration was made even more special.

It was a joy to see family and friends come together to celebrate such an incredible journey.

That's a wrap! King's Cricket Festivals 2026 are complete!🏏

Last week was a fantastic finale to round off five weeks of cricket. We saw a few showers after a summer of glorious sunshine, but nothing could dampen the spirits of these young cricketers.

Congratulations to the winning teams of the U13 Festival, and to everyone who took part and played some fantastic cricket throughout the week.

Thank you to all the players, coaches, supporters and officials who helped make this year's festivals such a success. We look forward to welcoming you back in 2027!

The King's Cricket Festival continues this week as we welcome our Week 4 Under 13 Boys teams for the final time this summer! 🏏

We're looking forward to another fantastic week of competitive cricket, great sportsmanship and plenty of memorable moments, whatever the weather may bring. 🌦️

As well as cricket, we have a fun-filled week ahead with laser tag, visits from Millichamp & Hall, swimming, net practice, BBQ and more!

Don't forget to visit our tuck shop, located between Pitch 1 and Pitch 2, for drinks, snacks and refreshments throughout the day. 🥪

On Friday afternoon, we'll also be joined by Nutz for Doughnuts and The Little Red Fire Truck Pizza Company, serving up some delicious treats for players, coaches and supporters alike. 🍩🍕

Last week saw both returning and new teams take part in the King's Cricket Festival, and what a fantastic week it was!

Congratulations to MLCAS for winning the U11 tournament and MACS Canada for winning the U14 tournament.

A huge thank you to Millichamp & Hall for sponsoring the Player of the Tournament award at each tournament, with both winners receiving a pair of M&H gloves!

What a glorious week of cricket we have ahead of us. We look forward to welcoming players, coaches and supporters to King's College for another fantastic festival of cricket.
