Hi all,

Wow! What a day! 🤩

Thank you all so much for coming down and having a party with us yesterday! We have worked so incredibly hard over the past few months to make the day as memorable & safe as possible for you all and hearing your feedback has been incredible! 👍🏻

And on that note we are so pleased to announce that OVERLOAD 2027 has been CONFIRMED! And it’s been made possible by your generous donations and huge love for Overload! 💚

So again a massive thank you, this community is truly incredible! We also want to say a massive thank you for all volunteers, food vendors and bands that made the day as special as possible! 👏

We would be so grateful to hear your favourite moments you have from the day that we can pass forward for next year as well as any photos that you are happy to share with us that we can use on our social platforms… 📷

More information of next years event will follow… it’s going to be even bigger and better than this year 😝

Hello all! Less than 24 hours to go, hope you’re all as excited as we are! 😝

We sent out an email to all those with tickets at the start of the week regarding info around the event for your safety and organisation of the event, while enjoying the fun - but it seems as if it’s not gotten through to everyone so just posting on here to ensure everyone who is attending the event has all the relevant information! 🤩

🎪 - Gazebo access and set up is from 11am, the first 15 pitches are first come first served and any entering after these will go behind and ultimately have a more restricted view of the stage, so get down at 11am sharp if you want a clear view. General admission is from 12pm on Woodville Road, there will be one entrance point only but we do also have accessible access if needed, ask event/volunteer staff for help if you feel necessary

🎟️ - Please come prepared with your e-tickets ready to scan on arrival to help us limit the queue for entries. You will find your ticket in your emails, please check your junk incase it has gone there. Once scanned in you will receive a wrist band, please keep this wristband on at ALL times as you will need it to re-enter the event if you have to pop out

🚨 - In line with the guidance on Martyn’s Law, there will be additional measures this year such as SIA security on hand and randomised bag checks on arrival… do not fret food and drinks are still allowed on site! We also ask you are all prepared for the weather and bring appropriate sun safety measures!

🚗 - There is no parking on site (apart from minimal disabled spaces), if you are coming from the village we urge you to walk, cycle etc but if you are travelling from outside the village please be mindful of where you park for safety of others and yourselves as well as minimising disruption. Please do not use the care home parking as this is only for their staff and visitors.

🤝 - Overload is a closed ticketed event only and we ask you respect barriers, restricted areas and event staff throughout the event

🎶 - Lastly, HAVE FUN! We have worked incredibly hard over the past couple of months to make this day as memorable as possible so bring all the good vibes and energy you have!

We can not wait to welcome you all tomorrow and create another memorable year for Overload! See you all there! 💚
