The last decade of 21rst century has witnessed the migration of several Keralites to Stoke on Trent for better employment opportunities and living conditions. The growing ambition of the people of Kerala living in Stoke on Trent to have a platform to socialise between the others from Kerala and to encourage the young generation to dev

elop and display their talents and skills, lead to the formation of Kerala Cultural Association. A small group of people had constituted KCA in 2004 which was marked as one of the pioneer movements among the Kerala community in the West Midlands. Now KCA has grown into a large non-profit, non-religious, and non-Political Organization which works in association with local community to ensure and enhance racial harmony through social integration. constitutes an opportunity for social gatherings and the members to perform their artistic skills and talents. Different activities like conducting dance classes for the youngsters, conducting family get together; organizing one day trips to the members’ etc.are the few among the various relentless acts of KCA to achieve its objectives to uplift the cultural and social life of Kerala community of Stoke on Trent and the surrounding area
