Polite notice , Due to the unusual kick off times of some of the matches, we will be selling tickets as soon as we know the dates and times of the second round matches. If you want to come please note that it is essential that you are a member of the club . So come and join us it's well worth the money .

We are looking to hold an auction of promises in the near future. If you have anything you would like to donate we would be extremely grateful.
So far we have had offers for a trip on a crab boat followed by afternoon tea. A weekend stay in a beautiful cottage in Cromer. On announcing that Deb has offered to smile for a month , we have received a substantial bid from Mr Lambert trying to secure this promise.Can we please clarify that this promise is only valid in working hours . No amount of generosity will extend it into her personal life.
So if you have something you would like to offer however big or small we would love to hear from you.

What we up to this week
Chair Yoga starts on Thursday at 11 am. With Deb Barlow.
Then on Saturday night in the bar we are having an Abba Sing along , free to members
That's every bit of the body getting a workout this week.
