Join The Mudlarks and Feel-Good Choirs to create a 'Super Choir' on the big day!

What you'll need to do:
•Contact [email protected]
• Let her know if you like singing high, middle, low or don't know
• Commit to 2 scratch choir practice sessions
• Set a bit of time aside to sing along with a practice sound file
• Be available to sing on the day
Scratch Choir Practice Dates: Thursday 16th and 23rd July, 7.30-9pm
Room 7, Leigh Community Centre, Elms Rd, Leigh On Sea
(Please Note: A one time payment of £10/£6 concession is required to cover basic cost of BOTH sessions and includes the practice sound file).
Practice sound files will be made available immediately so you can sing along with your part and get familiar with it

Hiya Cathys! A couple of you have messaged asking if I could do extra rehearsals on a different day. Unfortunately St Mark’s isn’t available any other day than Wednesday but Absolute Arts in Westcliff have kindly offered me a space on the following dates: 25th June and 9th July.
It’s a smaller room, so numbers will be limited, but it may suit anyone who would like to focus on a particular part of the routine or would prefer a smaller group session.

Hiya Cathys,
Gaz at the Evening Echo has kindly offered to put something in the paper about the Wuthering Heights event which will hopefully attract more dancers. We have a great number of dancers signed up so far already - 160. Hopefully we can make it 200!
A photoshoot at East Beach on the 2nd May at 2pm is taking place. Thought it would look great with lots of us Cathy’s gathered together, all dressed up in our red outfits.

If you’re able to make the date and want to be part of the article, just turn up in your red outfit. You’re all welcome.
No worries if you can’t make it either - we’ll see you at the rehearsals a few weeks later.

'The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever' is coming to Southend! Next July, we're inviting all you Kate Bush fans to join us for a day on Southend Pier, celebrating the iconic Wuthering Heights song. Witness the familiar hypnotic dance routine performed by a sea of red-dressed Cathys. It will be a spectacle like no other!

'The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever' is a worldwide dance event that has been going since 2013. It started in Brighton and has now reached Australia, America, France, Belgium, Germany, and many towns in the UK. Never before has it taken place in Southend... untill now!
If you'd like to be one of the dancers (Cathys), get in touch with Fiona Nancy Dulake. We'll be having regular rehearsals, learning the dance moves to this iconic song, getting you ready for the big day - 26th July 2026.
