Well, where to begin? 🎤

What an amazing few days we had last week staging Parallel Music Conference 2026. We can’t express how inspiring it was to watch you all come together for this community - determined to learn, network and engage with each other. From professionals, to students, to budding creatives and educators, we feel so honoured to be a part of this community - together creating a healthy music ecosystem in Hampshire & the Isle of Wight for years to come. We want music & creativity to thrive in this region, and after what we witnessed, it’s clearly very much alive!

Thank you to everyone who supports, champions and aids us in supporting the next generation of all backgrounds in the most accessible way(s) possible. It really is a privilege to put together this conference for you and with you. We cannot wait to look ahead to the next one.

Thank you to our partners: & who not only help us host this event in their spaces, but give us the resources and belief to continue growing it year on year. A BIG thank you to Mark at for levelling up our branding this year and truly legitimising the look and creative output of Parallel your care for the grassroots community doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you to the team at for putting on a scrumptious spread for the buzzy Breakfast Club. To & who hosted our respective opening & after parties. Thank you to our incredible volunteer team who we’ve no doubt you met & saw their professionalism, dynamism & expertise first hand. What a treat. Special mention to (+ .sc) for their support & of course, for believing in our mission & validating it with funding to help us aid our creative community here in Southampton. Thank you to every single industry speaker for delivering knowledge to the next gen.

Day 2 Panel Spotlights! 🔦 this Friday marks the second and final day of PMC 2026. Here, we’ve highlighted the panel discussions set to take place!

DON’T FORGET: we’ll be kicking the day off with our Parallel Breakfast Club at from 9-10.30am - breakfast items and refreshments provided (first come, first served) as well as some tip top networking for all attendees. Networking facilitated by . ☕️🗣️

Make sure you promptly get over to for the welcome at 10.45am and first panel at 11am. ⏳💡

Registration is now full! 🤯 We can’t believe it. 3 years in a row, since the start of Parallel Music Conference, we’ve reached full capacity registration in advance.

While the conference grows every year, so does your support and the demand. To the local grassroots music community, our partners, local champions, registrants and anyone else out there supporting the next generation - we thank you. ❤️

You can still join the waiting list at parallelmusicconference.com - and remember, if you have a ticket, it’s first come first served in to each panel - so head down early! ⏰
