Last night at Burntwood Memorial Hall was an absolutely fantastic evening in the company of the incredibly talented Gary Ryan. From the moment he took to the stage until the final song of the night, the audience was treated to a first-class performance.

Gary's years of experience in the entertainment industry were evident throughout the evening. His professionalism, stage presence, and outstanding vocals shone from start to finish. The first half featured a superb tribute to the timeless music of Neil Diamond, including favourites such as Song Sung Blue, America, Forever in Blue Jeans, Red Red Wine, Hello Again, and, of course, the ever-popular Sweet Caroline, which had everyone singing along.

The second half saw Gary deliver a wonderful selection of hits from the 1960s, 70s, and 80s, keeping the dance floor full right through to the end of the evening. Despite the hall being exceptionally warm, Gary performed with tremendous energy and professionalism throughout. Even more impressively, he then faced a three-hour journey back home to Lancashire after the show.

I was also delighted to share the evening with two very special friends, Mark and Sarah Hassel, whose friendship has spanned more than 30 years. It was wonderful to spend time together and enjoy such a memorable night. We were also joined by Nic "The Fish," who is reputed to sell some of the finest fish in the Staffordshire area. I must confess that when I first heard the nickname, I assumed he owned a chip shop! 😂 It was also a pleasure to meet his lovely wife, Debbie. Thank you both for your company.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a success. Your continued support is greatly appreciated and never taken for granted. I hope you all enjoyed the evening as much as we did, and I look forward to seeing you again very soon at another fantastic event.

What an incredible evening we had last night providing the entertainment for Serve and Protect Credit Union's Country Music-themed corporate event! 🤠🎶

Set in a beautiful venue in the heart of Solihull, West Midlands, we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were absolutely fantastic, the food was delicious, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

We hope everyone enjoyed their corporate training day with its secret twist – stepping onto the dance floor and trying their hand at the art of line dancing! Many people admitted they thought country music and line dancing was simply about cowboy hats, old-fashioned tunes and "do-si-do-ing" around the kitchen table. How wrong they were! 🤭

The feedback we received throughout the evening was amazing. Guests were pleasantly surprised by the variety of modern country music, the fun partner dances and, most importantly, just how much they enjoyed themselves. There were plenty of smiles, lots of laughter and a dance floor full of people creating memories together.

With delegates attending from all over the country, it was fantastic to hear that many were inspired to look for country and line dance classes in their own local areas – including our own Wednesday night classes in Telford, Shropshire.

Thank you once again to Serve and Protect Credit Union for inviting Dale Abnett Entertainments to be part of such a special event. It was an absolute pleasure to provide the entertainment, and we truly hope you enjoyed the evening as much as we did.

Saturday night, we had the absolute pleasure of providing the entertainment for Pippa Evans' 40th Birthday Celebration – Country Style! 🤠🎉
Set in the heart of the beautiful Shropshire countryside, it was the perfect setting for a fantastic evening of music, dancing, laughter, and celebration.
Pippa comes from a lovely dairy farming family, and it was a privilege to be part of such a special occasion surrounded by family, friends, and a wonderful community spirit. The venue, the food, and the atmosphere were all fantastic.
Although many of the guests had never tried line dancing before, those who took to the dance floor did an incredible job. A special mention must go to Laura, the vet from Derbyshire, who was an absolute natural and looked as though she'd been line dancing for years! 👏💃
We hope everyone enjoyed the evening as much as we did. It was a real privilege to be part of such a memorable celebration and to see so many smiling faces enjoying themselves.
A huge congratulations also to the Hawkstone farmers on winning Britain's Got Talent! 🏆👏 What a fantastic achievement. It's wonderful to see farming communities receiving the recognition they deserve.
To all those involved in farming, thank you for the incredibly hard work, dedication, and long hours you put in to help feed the nation. Your efforts often go unseen, but they are greatly appreciated. 🚜🐄❤️

WOWZA!! 🤠✨
What an absolutely brilliant SOLD OUT Country Music & Line Dance Night we had last night at Burntwood Memorial Hall! This was our second time running the event there, and once again it was an incredible night from start to finish!
This time we were entertained by the outrageous Glenn Rogers — and what a performance it was! A true veteran of the line dancing scene, bringing plenty of London charm, humour, and banter that had us all laughing all night long 😂
And of course, we can’t forget the wonderful “Just Donna,” a good friend of Glenn’s, who he kindly invited up onto the stage to sing a few songs for us too. What a lovely addition to the evening!
A huge THANK YOU to every single person who came along and supported the event. The atmosphere was amazing, the dance floor was packed, and it was fantastic to see so many smiling faces enjoying themselves. I truly hope you all enjoyed the night as much as I did, and I’m already looking forward to seeing you all again very soon!
