Hey everyone!

I want to apologise for the lack of content from the magazine over the last week. I've not been feeling well and have needed some time to rest and recover.

As a result, the Festival Companion that was due to be released this Friday will now be delayed until next week. The good news is that this gives us even more content to share with you, including a host of new music releases and a double feature of interviews hosted by RJFH Music.

We've received a huge number of new music submissions from rising artists around the world, and I'm excited to get back to work, dive into them, and share some incredible discoveries with you all.

TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT!!!

We’d like to use the momentum we’ve gained from to champion where we come from - the grass roots music scene. we wouldn’t be where we are today without the local scene to cut our teeth and learn the ropes. we’ve had the honour of playing at many legendary grass roots venues alongside a countless amount of talented, hard working artists, and sadly we’ve seen far too many fade away. the reality is, the industry is dominated by nepo babies and manufactured icons, which is fine in and of itself, but without support for independent artists working from the ground up, we fear that the art of music will be lost to corporate interests. the rags-to-riches dream shared by so many aspiring artists will be nothing more than that - a dream. but let us not forget that some of the most iconic music of all time exists because everyday people with REAL experiences picked up an instrument or put pen to paper and turned those experiences into masterpieces that resonated with the masses. ordinary people can do extraordinary things - just go to your local music venue and see it for yourself! If this is something that you believe in, we'd sincerely appreciate your vote, thank you! 🙏
