Please pay attention to the current guidance regarding equine flu. Vaccinations must be up to date, we will have an onsite vet with us all weekend to support safe competition and healthy horses.

Work is well underway on the water splash, and we think you're going to like it.

The obstacle has always been a favourite on the marathon course here at Sandringham, but this year we're giving it a proper upgrade.

We can't wait to see how it drives on the day. If you haven't entered yet, now is a very good time.

This year at Sandringham, we are pleased to offer a new way to capture your time in the arena.

For the first time, competitors will have the opportunity to have their Dressage Phase professionally filmed from the air by The Sky Cam team, CAA-approved aerial specialists with extensive experience working in equine environments. They operate with care and discretion, and their presence will be entirely unobtrusive to you and your horse.

The footage is cinematic in quality, and the perspective is unlike anything you will have from the ground. Your test, your turnout, and the Sandringham Estate as the backdrop.

Filming slots are strictly limited and must be booked at the point of entry. If this is something you would like, we would encourage you not to leave it until the last moment.

Important Announcement!

Due to exceptional interest in this years event the organising committee have taken the decision to extend the Club Event to 3 days.

This means that both the National and the Club events will run from Friday 26th June through to Sunday 28th June and should allow us to accommodate all comers.

Great events aren’t defined by noise, they’re defined by how they move forward.

The Sandringham Festival of Carriage Driving is shaping up to be a truly special event once again this year.

Set in one of the most beautiful venues in the country, the event continues to be run by a passionate and experienced team of volunteers who care deeply about the sport and the experience for everyone involved.

By way of an update on our promise to continually listen and learn from previous years:
Significant improvements have already been made across all areas, from ground preparation (with the Sandringham Estate team working the land extensively over recent weeks), to increased manpower, enhanced organisation, and a renewed focus on ensuring a positive experience for competitors, spectators and volunteers alike.

We are aware that, as with any event, there will always be commentary from the sidelines. However, our focus remains firmly on delivering a safe, enjoyable and well-run festival that does justice to both the sport and this incredible setting.

We are looking forward to welcoming you all for what promises to be a fantastic few days.
