We were delighted to attend the Woodcraft Studio today, along with other local charities, to receive a cheque for £1000 towards our Show Field fundraising. The studio donates all profits made from their annual Christmas Shopping days at the studio and Muker Show stall to local good causes. Claire Lambert said "The Woodcraft Studio is delighted to support Muker Show towards the purchase of the show field.”

On behalf of the Muker Show Committee thank you so much to William, Claire and all the Woodcraft volunteers - you are all amazing!

We are looking for volunteers to join our horticultural tent stewarding team. Tent stewards help with the setting up of the tent the day before the show (if they are available), join the traditional official parade up to the show field, can attend the official lunch and are on hand throughout the day helping people place their entries correctly and man the tent throughout the day . . . plus you get a lovely steward badge! We have now reached £35,294 with our appeal which is wonderful, thank you to all who have donated online or sent cheques in the post - any amount is very much appreciated. Dales Radio are now running appeal ads for us and there will be a feature in the Darlington and Stockton Times. Please share and help get the word out about this wonderful opportunity for Muker Show to own it's main show field 🙂

Muker Show Committee have been offered an opportunity to purchase the main show field where the show has been held since 1893. This is a wonderful opportunity for the Show to own the main show field, ensuring it will continue to be the 'home' of Muker Show for many years and future generations to come.

The Show Committee have raised nearly £30,000 to date, and we are now opening up the fundraising to the public, so everyone has the opportunity to contribute towards the field purchase as we know just how special the show is to so many. This will allow people to feel they have helped secure both Muker Show and the field's future.
