Took me few days to come around from the high that I experienced over the weekend.
Saturday was a day that I will never forget! It was one of the quickest and best days of my life. My heart is full of joy and graduated. One of my biggest dreams came to reality, and I still can't believe it.
I met so many beautiful souls on the day that left a mark on my soul.
Thanks to the team and all the facilitators and vendors, thereapists who came on the day that made it happen.
And massive thank you to all the amazing people who showed up to enjoy the day. ❤️

A little BTS to show everyone’s hard work and really just to say

THANK YOU🤍

It’s hard to put into words how we’re feeling after Saturday.

For months, Awakening Tyrone was just an idea plans, conversations, late nights, endless messages, stress and a hope that when we finally opened the gates, something special would happen.

On Saturday, it did. ✨

Seeing Glenpark come alive, watching people arrive, hearing the laughter and music, seeing workshops fill and people connect was incredibly special.

But none of it happened because of one person. Awakening Tyrone happened because an incredible group of people believed in what we were trying to create.

To our facilitators, thank you for trusting us with your work and sharing so much of yourselves.

To our vendors, thank you for taking a chance on a brand-new event and helping create the beautiful atmosphere we had imagined.

To Glenpark Estate, thank you for giving Awakening Tyrone a home and supporting us in bringing this slightly crazy idea to life.

To Sherrie Scott, thank you for transforming the grounds and for all your guidance throughout the planning. Seeing Awakening Tyrone come to life around us on Saturday is something we won’t forget.

To every one of our volunteers, thank you will never be enough. You were there before the crowds arrived and still there when the last people went home. You carried things, solved problems, welcomed people, answered questions and stepped in wherever needed. So much of Saturday was possible because of work people never even saw. 🤍

And to every single person who bought a ticket and walked through those gates, thank you.

You trusted us with your Saturday. You came to something completely new, not knowing exactly what to expect, and you brought the most important part of Awakening Tyrone with you the people and atmosphere that made it what it was.

There were moments when we looked around and realised that something we had talked about for so long was actually happening.

Awakening Tyrone started as an idea.
On Saturday, all of you made it real. 🤍

From the bottom of our hearts, Thank You for all that you brought to Awakening Tyrone 💚

I don’t even know where to begin…

Yesterday, we (part of our HEAL Team) had the opportunity to work at the incredible Awakening Tyrone event. I have attended several holistic events before, but I must say that this was by far the most remarkable one yet.

I can hardly describe it in words, but the love, unity and joy were almost tangible. Throughout the entire event, I felt as though every heart was beating together, and the rhythm of it all was pure peace.
I had the privilege of experiencing unique workshops and listening to wonderful speakers. The whole place felt alive and vibrant, as though it had awakened into a life of its own. This was made even more special by the many beautiful people who moved, connected and vibrated in harmony with the space.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Awakening Tyrone Team—especially Paddy and Arty, as well as Mary, an active and much-loved member of our HEAL family—for making this experience possible for us.

They created something whose true significance they may not yet fully realise. Yesterday was not simply a gathering of a community; a living, pulsating field of energy came into being.
The humanity, warmth and togetherness of the closing ceremony reminded me just how important genuine human connection and pure love for one another truly are.

Thank you, Awakening Tyrone! I can hardly wait for the next one!

We would also like to thank everyone who honoured us with their conversations and chose our therapies. It was a privilege to meet you, listen to your stories and share this special experience with you.

There are plenty of workshops and experiences happening at Awakening Tyrone, but sometimes it’s good just to sit down, listen and hear a different perspective.

Throughout Saturday, Awakening Voices, hosted by Tyrone's very own Gerry McCallan, will bring together an eclectic mix of speakers sharing their stories, ideas, experiences and perspectives on everything from wellbeing and spirituality to positivity, nature and personal transformation.
