Chaos Bleak are a contemporary Goth, Black Sabbath, Hawkwind hybrid mixed with heavy Killing Joke, Play Dead riffs all founded on solid 90s electro-goth backbeats.

As hoped for, I have had a day in the studio working on the backing tracks for 4 new Chaos Bleak tracks. The main aim was to record the primary guitars good and loud, which is what I did. But I also got some time to work on some overdub guitars as well as general backing track EQ for the drums, sequencers, strings choirs and samples.
So all in all a good start on a slew of new material.

Spent a couple of hours this evening practicing guitar lines for 3 new Chaos Bleak tracks that I intend to record in the The Nightbreed Recording Studio all being well tomorrow. These are the first new Chaos Bleak tracks that are not cover versions to be recorded (bar one) this year! Bashing out the new guitar lines felt like I was unleashing a demon!

Happy Sunday evening. Here is a taster clip sneak preview of our version of "Propaganda" one of the Play Dead tracks Chaos Bleak will be performing at Playing Dead - A Resurrection on the 7th of November.
We are not going to play this collection of Play Dead tracks live again, so get your tickets for this one off event. QR code is in the video.
