Yr Wyddfa Snowdon Ultra 🏔️

I had zero expectations going into this one, and the main focus was to have fun in the mountains and to gain more experience for another attempt at Dragon's Back Race®

Any race that goes up and down Yr Wyddfa is always going to be tough, but this one is a beast and the Devil's Kitchen is just something else!

Everyone always asks about the physical fatigue from something like this, but the focus needed when any slip could mean near certain death has really taken it's toll on my cognitive ability this time 😆

Trail running isn't just ultras 🏔️

There's an opinion at the moment that if you run trails at some point you have to do an ultra, but not everyone wants to and that's ok.

We get asked a lot if we'll coach people who run shorter than ultra distances, and the answer has always been no.

But not anymore, part of the reason we've changed our name is because we want to help more people, and with our team of coaches and leaders growing our services we provide will be growing.

Now don't get me wrong, we are not your people if you're running something like the London Marathon because that's not where our expertise is, but if you're running anything from 5k right up to 200 miles and as long as it's off road we can help you with coaching for the event.
