A team of hero’s, from Tingdene are currently taking on the Tour de Tingdene, cycling around 250 miles from Upton Lake & Marina in Worcestershire all the way to North Denes in Lowestoft between the 3rd - 5th of September.

They’re raising money for Marmalade Trust, a charity dedicated to raising awareness of loneliness and helping people of all ages build new social connections.
