Simply pause and take time to rest and repair in the vibration of sound. The body’s natural healing response occurs when we allow ourselves this time.

The session starts with a seasonal guided mediation before the sound awakens.
The chimes, drum, gong and Tibetan sound bowls are known to ease anxiety, stress, improve sleep and maybe ease pain.
