�Are you looking for a rewarding role in a beautiful setting? We are excited to announce a Recruitment Open Afternoon at Cree Hall, Penninghame Estate on Sunday, 7th June, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.��

We are looking to establish a dedicated bank of staff to support our operations and have several exciting opportunities available:
Front of House Service: Including Bar Work, Waiters, and Waitresses.

Kitchen Porters: To assist our culinary team.

General Handyman / Maintenance Person: For general work and upkeep across the estate.

Whether you have experience in hospitality or a knack for maintenance and grounds work, we would love to meet you. Our team will be on hand at Cree Hall to discuss these roles, showcase the estate, and explore available work opportunities with you.

Our second dining experience proved to be another great success, with Executive Chef Rupert Shakespeare creating an exceptional menu that was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. From beautifully prepared dishes to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, it was fantastic to see everyone having such a memorable evening.

At Penninghame Estate, we take great pride in sourcing as much produce as possible directly from the estate itself, alongside ingredients supplied by trusted local producers. Guests were also treated to one of the highlights of the season — the very first Scottish strawberries of the year, which featured within the evening’s menu.

We are delighted to announce that the next 1869 pop-up dining evening will take place on Friday 5th June. We are delighted to unveil the new menu for our second 1869 Restaurant dining experience at Penninghame Estate, taking place on Friday 22nd May.

Following the fantastic feedback received after his inaugural evening, our Executive Chef, Rupert Shakespeare, has once again created a truly exceptional menu, carefully designed using as much produce as possible from within Penninghame Estate and from trusted local producers.

Guests can enjoy this unique dining experience for £75 per person.

A fully vegan menu is also available. No meat-based gelatine in the vegan menus-they are made with carageenan, a vegan gelling agent made from seaweed. Gluten-free options can also be catered for upon request.
