SouthWest Fest you were incredible! We had an absolute blast performing for you and we hope to return to Newton Abbot Rugby Club and Wooden Spoon Charity for more events in the future!

🚗 PARKING INFO – SOUTH WEST FEST 🎉
Planning to park at the Racecourse Car Park for tomorrow’s festival at Newton Abbot Rugby Club? Here’s what you need to know:

🕚 Open from 11am – 11pm
The car park will be locked at 11pm sharp. If your car is still there after that, you won’t be able to collect it until Monday morning, so please plan ahead!

💷 £6 for all-day parking
Arrive at 11am or 5pm — it's still £6 for the day. This supports the club and the event, so thank you ❤️

🚫 No alcohol to be brought into the event site🍻❌

🎉 South West Fest 2025 – Almost Time! 🎉

Our feather flags are out and flying today to help raise a bit of early awareness for tomorrow’s big event 🌈🎪

We’ll be bringing them in this evening, but we’re starting to get everything in place ready to welcome you all for a fantastic day of music, food, family fun and good vibes 💃🍔🎶

🌟 Be Part of Something Special – Volunteer at SouthWest Fest! 🌟

We’re calling on friendly, reliable volunteers to help bring the magic to this year’s SouthWest Fest at Newton Abbot Rugby Club! 🙌

📅 Saturday 5th July 2025
📍 Newton Abbot Rugby Club
⏰ From 11:00am onwards

Now in its second year, SouthWest Fest is a fantastic summer celebration filled with live music, family fun, delicious food, local crafts and more – and this year, we’re proudly raising funds in support of Devon Wooden Spoon, the children’s charity of rugby. Part of the proceeds will go towards helping fund life-changing projects for local children and young people facing disadvantage or living with disabilities.

🎟️ Volunteer Roles Include:
✔️ Entry ticket checks
✔️ General tidy-up (during & after)
✔️ Stage and barrier monitoring
✔️ Off-site car park assistance
🍬 Sweetshop stall helpers
🥤 Soft drinks station attendants
🍳 Kitchen assistant support (prep, serving, washing up)

Whether you can spare an hour or stay all day, your help will make a big difference – and you’ll be part of something truly special.
